"when you think thoughts of love, wisdom and tolerance and all the things we wish to bring to the earth, you create a certain kind of thought energy". This quote came from an interview in 1991 with David Icke. With his many wacky theories of reptilians ruling the earth this ideology really stuck with me. I think in this day and age we all get stuck down to look and feel a certain way. With the media taking a large tax on a physical emotions to create and become someone you are not it is so important to remember you were created on the earth as you. You are unique, you are beautiful and you are another human that can create change. I think engaging with what David Icke said we have created this world of destruction with war, terrorism and fear. As most of us convey these emotions in our daily life. Now if we all make that small act of kindness everyday or even to think in a loving manner the world will change not only by helping those with anxiety and depression but improving the self worth of the world. Earth is a startling planet with areas we all won't ever be able to visit be we are minuscule among other planets. So when you think that you have the biggest problem in the world on the grand scheme of things it is tiny. If you keep persevering in your goals to create a beautiful world around you all the fear will be lost. It is time to change.
