1. Hydration, hydration, hydration!

Not only does water replenish your body, it is essential for growing muscle. Without enough water your muscles won't have enough hydration to develop and grow. Dehydration also causes brain fog and your brain must be working properly to achieve your goals.


2. Sleep

Most of us get a lack of sleep. For adults the optimal time for sleeping per night is 7-9 hours if you are sleeping less your body cannot repair and will not function correctly. You could be eating super clean, working out loads but because you are sleeping less this will stop you from loosing weight.


3. Take those vitamins

The essential vitamins such as Omega 3's, Vitamin B-12 and a green tea supplement actually increases your metabolism allowing signals in your body to burn fat instead of eg. muscle.
