It may be unconventional to begin the title with a word that has connections to ending but recently after some major hiccups in my life I have been put in a position where yoga centres my life. Not in the way it is the only thing that I can do more in the sense it is reteaching and rebuilding my life. I have learnt to breathe again, by gaining new insight into my life and also becoming connected with my body. Savasana usually ends a yoga class, it focusses on your breath and allows you to go into complete relaxation. With stress being such a large factor in todays society I feel savasana should be incorporated to allow peace and prosperity for every individual.
